I haven't been writing much lately. One reason is that I have a lineup of books I've been working on for the last two to three years, all of which are in various stages of completion, so I'm trying to finish them.

The reason they are all coming out close to each other is that you get to a certain point in writing, editing, and publishing a book. You go, nah fuck it, I'm gonna work on something more fun; as I like to say, the final 10% of the project is halfway done, only 90% left, if that makes any sense.

But Liz was also away at a conference for a week. Then, when she got back, Grace was in the throes of a lurgy. Liz then got it, followed by me, and then the dog got it...There is no dog; I'm allergic to animals. Why would he fucking lie like that? Either he has a dog, or he hasn't. What the fuck is this guy playing at? He's wasting my time. I could be watching ads.

Speaking of ads, this article was written using the game version of Freewriter. It's free and also available on Windows; I'm using the Windows version. I also have the Pro version, which is also free. I use it for more structured articles; the play version is for freewriting, writing without a plan, hence the nonsense.
